Description
The Nikon NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/2.8 S is the fast professional standard zoom for the Nikon Z system — a constant f/2.8 workhorse covering wide-angle to portrait focal lengths with S-Line optical excellence. It is the first NIKKOR lens to feature Nikon's ARNEO anti-reflective coating, used alongside Nano Crystal Coat for superior control of ghosting and flare, even with bright light sources in the frame.
The redesigned 17-element, 15-group formula includes two ED and four aspherical elements for edge-to-edge sharpness, minimal aberration and beautiful bokeh from its rounded nine-blade diaphragm. A stepping-motor autofocus system keeps focusing fast, quiet and accurate at any distance, with full-time manual override and minimal focus breathing for video. The lens focuses down to 0.38 m (1.25 ft) with 0.22x maximum magnification, accepts 82mm filters, and is built to professional standards at 805 g (89 x 126 mm) with dust- and moisture-resistant sealing and a fluorine-coated front element.
