Description
The Nikon NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S takes the classic standard zoom further — a 5x zoom covering 24mm wide-angle to 120mm medium telephoto with a constant f/4 maximum aperture. One lens handles landscapes, travel, events, portraits and close-ups, with S-Line edge-to-edge sharpness across the entire range.
The 16-element, 13-group optical design packs three ED elements (including one aspherical ED) and three aspherical elements, finished with Nikon's ARNEO and Nano Crystal Coats plus a fluorine-coated front element for clear, high-contrast images in any light. It focuses down to just 0.35 m (1.15 ft) at every zoom position with an impressive 0.39x maximum reproduction ratio for detailed close-ups. A quiet stepping-motor autofocus system, programmable control ring and customisable L-Fn button keep handling fast and intuitive, while the 630 g (84 x 118 mm) barrel is sealed against dust and moisture. Takes 77mm filters, with a rounded nine-blade diaphragm for pleasing bokeh.
