Description
The finishing touch for a serious kitchen. The Bosch BIC630NS1B Series 8 warming drawer slots into a standard 14cm niche and keeps up to 12 plates (or 64 espresso cups) at perfect serving temperature – so every course lands hot, even when guests don’t.
Five functions cover far more than plate-warming: prove dough to bakery rise, thaw delicate foods gently, keep drinks and food warm, pre-warm crockery, and even cook at low temperatures. Four temperature levels (glass surface ca. 30–80°C) give precise control, while the toughened glass heating plate and 20-litre cavity handle a 25kg loading.
The push-pull opening mechanism is a joy to use: a clever spring opens and closes the drawer with a light press, so elbow or hip works when both hands are full. With no handle and no crevices, the stainless steel front is handle-less sleek and wipes clean in one pass.
Finished to match Bosch Series 8 ovens, the 140 x 594 x 548mm drawer completes a professional-looking built-in wall. Rated at just 0.81kW on a 230–240V supply with a 150cm cord and GB plug, it sips electricity while doing the work of an extra pair of hands at dinner parties.
